Buyer's Premium: 18% on purchases in House Purchases with discount for cash or check and 23% to 25% depending on the Auction. Live Auctioneers Payment: HARTZELL'S AUCTION GALLERY INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are not the same as bids left directly with the auction house. Live Auctioneers bids are executed by a Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. staff member from a proxy computer terminal located in the auction room. Other competitive bids may include bidders on the telephone, bidder in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Therefore, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bidders and other bidders. In such event of a tie bid, the auctioneer has sole discretion to aware the lot to the high bidder of his choosing, most often to the floor bidder. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are executed by a staff member in the physical auction room. Other competitive bids may include: bidders on the telephone, bidders present in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auction house. On occasion, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bids and other bidders. In such an event, the auctioneer has the discretion to award the winning bid to the in-person floor bidder or bid which was received earliest.
