All items Treasure Chest Estate Sales sells are pre-owned and used. You should expect the signs of wear. While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, description, and measurements, the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Condition reports should be viewed only as the opinion of the specialist and not matters of fact. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions before bidding. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS. The buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. Should there be any dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sale’s record of final sale shall be conclusive.
The pickup address will be given to winning bidders via email. Please contact us if you don't receive this email.
Pickup: Sunday October 8, 10:00AM - 2:00PM. Please bring boxes and packing materials if needed for your auction items. All orders for each winning bidder will be ready for pickup. If you are collecting property in-person, please be prepared to provide photo identification.
If you are authorizing a third-party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid.
If you can’t pick up winning items, please do not bid! Please be advised, that any pickups not made during the allotted times will incur fees of $20 a day per lot until October 10, 2023, at which time the lots will be considered forfeited without refund- no exceptions.
We offer shipping via USPS and UPS within 3-4 business days after the local pickup. An additional fee will be applied for materials, packing and handling. Insured shipping at buyer’s requests and expense. Shipping fee plus additional fee will be charged to your card on file. Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damage to any items once items have been turned over to a shipping facility.
