A sign in sheet will be available by 9am the morning of the sale. Cash only please. Credit cards accepted on orders of $100.00 or more (Buyer to pay 5% credit card fee). We do not accept Checks, Venmo or Cashapp.
Buyer to provide all necessary packaging supplies.
Buyer is responsible to make arrangements to remove and transport all purchased items. We do not have porters.
Large items must be removed 2 hours prior to closing of sale.
All items sold as is where is.
Please inspect all items thoroughly as we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
No restrooms, if you are caught attempting to enter a restroom, you will be asked to leave the estate sale.
No animals {service animals always welcome}
