This is going to be a great sale for EVERYONE!!  We have the contents of the home, a 2-car garage, a barn with a loft, another barn and a shipping container as well as items that are on the outside of all of these buildings!!

The sale will be three days only, Friday April 15 through April 17 from 8AM to 4PM.  We will not have early walk throughs just to be fair to everyone. 

The barn and loft is filled with vintage and current useable tools, both power and hand tools.  The house has some great pieces of furniture that was kept very nice and all of it is in great condition!  Becasue of the amount of small tools and hardware we will be allowing customers to make their own lots and I will be pricing those lots on the fly.  As most of you who follow our liquidations and clean outs know, my prices are more than fair for all of our contents so you will get some great items as some great prices!!

Our sale starts at 8AM on the dot, no early birds or previews, numbers will be outside and available from 5AM every morning.  We will be opening each of the buildings at 8AM, please wait behind the ropes for our crew to officially open. For those of you who are not familiar with the "number ticket system" , we simply place a roll of tickets at the entrance to the house, take the next ticket and then you may go get a cup of coffee, have breakfast or wait in the comfort of your car.  We will call numbers in groups so that you do not lose your place in line.  This is usually just done when we first open.

Three R takes pride in setting up our tag sales to make it fun and easy for you to find things you are interested in or just to browse throughout the property, we price most of the items or we will have a sign nearby for items such as books, albums or other like items.  At this sale we will be allowing customers to make their own lots in the barns as there are just too many pieces of small hardware, planters, etc.  Just bring your own flats or boxes and Kim will price the lots for you when you are ready to check out.  Just let a staff member know you need a lot priced and Kim will come to you.

All items are paid for at the cash register which is usually at the entrance/exit of the house.  Please ALWAYS feel free to ask any Three R staff member for assistance, thats what we are here for!  WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT OUR NEXT SALE, HAVE FUN!!

 We will have a parking area marked, please park there and not on the lawn where we have posted "No Parking", we appreicate your cooperation.  We will allow Handicapped or people picking items up at the house or barn access on an as needed basis.  We will be accepting CASH or CREDIT CARDS with a minimum of $20, checks will not be accepted under any circumstances, sorry.    We will have a limited supply of boxes, please bring your own boxes and wrapping materials.
