BRING HELP TO LOAD:
Customers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases. Staff may not be available to assist. Please bring your own assistance and tools if you are going to purchase any large/heavy items. All items must be removed without causing any damage to the home or property.

LARGE ITEM PICKUPS:
All large items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

PARKING:
No parking in driveway, unless picking up. Please do not block neighbors driveways or fire hydrants.

SECURITY:
No purses, backpacks or bags larger than a wallet will be permitted. Please do not remove price tags, signage or items marked sold.

RESTROOMS:
There is no restroom available at the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS

LIABILITY:
Not responsible for accidents, injuries. or lost items. Enter at your own risk.

CHILDREN:
Children must be supervised at ALL TIMES.
