RULES AND REGULATIONS

If it is raining or snowing out we ask that you remove your shoes. We do not provide booties nor socks so please come prepared to walk in socks or bare feet.

We have a beautiful website - that is where we showcase ALL of our photos. We do not list all our photos on any other site we advertise only on www.bargainhuntermama.com - please go to our website for a full view of photos.

All Sales are Final! We accept cash and ALL credit cards, Apple Pay and debit cards. We do not accept checks and we do check for counterfeit so please have patience when standing on line to pay.

We occasionally open our sales ONLY to our private email list so it's important to get your name registered with us thru our website: www.bargainhuntermama.com. We will let you know in our posting if we are holding private shopping day's for our preferred list of customers.

Please note that on a rare occasion a client may decide at the last minute to remove an item from their sale. It is their prerogative to do so, in the case that you may be driving from a long distance and are coming for just one or two items please contact us the day before the sale to ensure the item is still for sale.

Due to Worker's Comp and General Liability issues we do not allow our staff to help move items from the estate. We ask that you prepare to remove the items thru a Mover or thru family and friends. We generally only have basic tools on site so it's important you have a tool bag with you to take apart any item that need's to be taken apart.

Obey all parking signs and DO NOT block any neighbors driveways, DO NOT park in their driveways and if the street is crowded please park around the corner. We know neighbors have no hesitation to call the police to ticket to so please obey all traffic/street signage and just have plain commonsense when choosing a parking spot.

No large bags will be allowed in sale We will also let you know ahead of time if our sale does not allow shoes to be worn.
