Cash only .We are not responsible for accidents, you come on the property at your own risk !! There are some items out, that are not for sale .Most items are marked and no reasonable offer will refused. Come have fun and bring a friend .

Parrot Mill Inn
This was a Bed and Breakfast business owned and operated by Betsy Kennedy 'The Chatham Madame" for over 25 years . Lots of local and cherished history .There are lots of large and small treasures to be found . This building is being torn down and we are offering any and everything . Please come and enjoy what you can get. Some items here are not for sale and they are not priced . If you see something you like and it is not priced, ask and we will be happy to help you out .
Numbers will be given out at 7 am Thursday 9/20 . line up at 830 and doors open at 9 am . This will be a fun and final sale . The sale is from 9 am till 3 pm . Please come and bring a friend .
