1. Do not bid on items if you cannot pick up on the day(s) offered as pickup. You can ask us if we can accommodate a different date.
2. You MUST bring your own tools and help to get the items out of the item. We will not have tools onsite, nor any manpower to help you lift the items.
3. We can offer recommendations for movers so let us know if you need a list of recommended movers.
4. If you are not serious about the item do not bid on it. There are no refunds.
5. Do not expect antique items to look brand new - in many cases these pieces are 100 years old so there is normal wear and tear to them. We do our best to take pictures of any damage so do look at all the pictures.
6. Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup dates, unless other arrangements have been made, will be considered forfeited, no monies will be refunded.
Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must all necessary materials needed to remove your winning item(s). Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.
Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
