Terms & Conditions
1. All bidders and buyers shall present satisfying documentation prior to the approval of this auction.

2. All property is sold 'as is' and neither Vintage Valuations of Cherry Hill (hereafter known as Vintage Valuations), nor the listing agent makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property. In no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, or description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property. No statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice, or in the catalog, or elsewhere shall be deemed as such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability. Any property listed is described as we see fit, we make no claim of authenticity or originality unless otherwise clearly stated. Prospective buyers are urged to inspect lots in which they have an interest, and bid accordingly.

3. Except as provided in paragraph 1 above, the highest bidder, as determined by Vintage Valuations shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser, and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or reoffer the lot for sale. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid, or refuse to acknowledge any bidder.

4. Payments can be made through Live Auctioneers, wire transfer, Zelle, or check by mail. Please contact: contact@vintagevaluaationscherryhill.com to arrange alternative payment. Vintage Valuations reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased until the funds have cleared.

5. All sales are FINAL. All property is sold ?AS-IS.? Any return or refund will be at the sole discretion of Vintage Valuations. We do not make any guarantees of authenticity of items unless otherwise stated in item description. In the event that your purchase was damaged during shipping, please contact us directly via email for directions on making a claim. (contact@vintagevaluationscherryhill.com) Please do not return any item to us, the seller, unless otherwise directed to do so. In the event we direct you to send back your item, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis, and given on the sole discretion of the company. If a refund is granted, we reserve the right to determine the amount. Any fees incurred at time of purchase, including but not limited to: Shipping charges, Online Payment Fee, and Buyers? Premium will not be refunded. Refunds will be for the item hammer price only. The refund process may take up to 30 days. Refunds will not be granted on the basis of customer negligence. If a customer fails to read, in full, the listing description, or does not fully understand the description and Terms and Conditions, we are not liable. In the event that the item does not match the lot description, or the wrong item was received, the Buyer must contact Vintage Valuations within 5 days of delivery to return the item. All requests for return or refund must be made within 5 days of receipt. All requests to be made in writing directly to contact@vintagevaluationscherryhill.com
Requests made on any other platform will not be honored or considered.

6. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under these Conditions of Sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price of all items for which it was the highest successful bidder, Vintage Valuations may exercise all of its rights and remedies under the law including, without limitation, (a) canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the purchaser to the damages caused by the purchaser's breach, and/or (b) offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the purchaser has breached any of its obligations, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price, holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale.

7. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms printed within, posted, and announced at the time of sale.

8. When you win an item, we will send you an invoice for it. If you have a credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be charged the balance on the invoice within 72 hours after the invoice is finalized. If there is no payment method on file with Live Auctioneers, payment arrangements can be made by contacting contact@vintagevaluationscherryhill.com or by paying on the Live Auctioneers payment platform.

9. Packing and Shipping. Shipping arrangements available directly through Vintage Valuations. Vintage Valuations is not responsible for damage or breakage which may occur during packing and handling and shipping by your chosen shipper and/or packer of your purchased lots, whether or not recommended byVintage Valuations. Handling, packing and shipping of purchased lots is at the entire risk of the buyer and all claims should be filed with your chosen shipper/packer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:Please note that any import/export costs or fees are to be paid by the Purchaser. In the event a Buyer chooses to return an item, any costs related to the return will be deducted from the final refund amount.

10. Failure to follow or abide by the Terms and Conditions as outlined above will result in the bidder being blocked and prohibited from making further purchases from Vintage Valuations of Cherry Hill on Live Auctioneers. Any questions please email us for clarification.
