PLEASE NOTE: If you require firearms shipping, you are responsible for providing a valid FFL license. You or your dealer must email the license to ffl@sunrise-antiques.com. We cannot request a license on your behalf.

GENERAL TERMS
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Sunrise Antiques & Auctioneers guarantees only the make, model, caliber, and serial number of firearms. No guarantee is made regarding safety, functionality, or condition.
Descriptions are believed accurate but are not guaranteed. Sunrise Antiques & Auctioneers is not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, or listing discrepancies. Some descriptions may be generated or supplemented using automated tools or AI. Bidders must rely on their own inspection.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Sunrise Antiques & Auctioneers may require any bidder to verify identity prior to approval. Verification may include a driver's license, signed terms, and/or Stripe identity verification.

PAYMENT
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit card, and wire transfer. Online purchases picked up in person may be paid by cash, check, credit card, or wire transfer.
A 20% Buyer's Premium applies.
Unpaid invoices after three business days may be charged to the card on file.
Firearms buyers requiring shipment will receive a second invoice for shipping, packing, insurance, and transfer-related charges.

TAXES
All sales are subject to 6.625% NJ sales tax unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

FIREARM SALES AND TRANSFERS
All firearm sales must comply with federal and state laws. NJ does not accept C&R licenses.
All handguns, long guns, black powder firearms, air guns, and antique firearms must transfer through an FFL dealer.
Firearms will not ship directly to buyers under any circumstances. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer selected by the buyer.
All ammunition requiring shipment will be shipped only to a valid FFL for transfer.
No shipping on any black powder.
NJ firearm purchasers must present a valid NJ FID card, driver's license, and any required permits.
NICS checks will be conducted June 22-26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM by appointment only. Buyers must schedule an appointment through Shipping Saint. A $50 NICS fee applies.
Firearms will not ship without a valid copy of the receiving FFL's license. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that a copy of the receiving FFL's license is emailed to ffl@sunrise-antiques.com. We cannot request a license on the buyer's behalf.

SHIPPING AND PICKUP
All firearms are packed and shipped in-house by Sunrise Antiques & Auctioneers via UPS.
Packing Fees:
$25 per long gun
$10 per handgun
Non-firearm items must be shipped through a third-party shipper selected by the buyer. Buyers are solely responsible for coordinating shipping arrangements with their chosen shipper.

Items (not guns or ammunition) not picked up on Sunday, June 21, 2026, or placed into the shipping process by June 24, 2026, may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund at the sole discretion of Sunrise Antiques & Auctioneers.
All live/in-person bidders may remove eligible non-firearm purchases on auction day.
All firearms and ammunition purchases are subject to applicable transfer requirements and may not be removed until all required documentation, NICS checks, and transfer procedures have been completed.
