Numbers will be issued to anyone arriving prior to 9am and we will allow access starting at 9am in number order. Due to COVID-19, the number of shoppers allowed in at once will be limited. You must mind the 6 foot social distancing rule as much as possible and WEAR a mask at all times! We need 100% compliance from all of our shoppers because unlike Walmart or whoever, we will just close down if we don't have compliance and ride this thing out from home. We don't have to be open. We choose to be. Don't make us change our mind please! One person throwing a tantrum about masks and we'll just lockup the house and go home. If you aren't comfortable wearing a mask, please do not attend this event.

This estate sale is a TWO DAY “Partial Picker” Sale from 9a to 3p from Friday, June 18th through Saturday, June 19th.

Come check out this sale with all kinds of treasures! The preview photos are just a small glimpse! You’ll have to come to see what treasures await!

Only select items and items $25 & up will have a price tag. All other items you simply bundle together and we'll give you a great price!

Price tagged items are only discounted as the sale progresses so towards the end things will be half price, or better! If you love something and just have to have it, get there early! If you only want it at the right price, arrive toward the end of the sale!
