Bring help to move large items such as furniture, no help will be available at the sale.
All purchases must be removed from the home by the end of the sale. No delivery services available
Items can be held until end of the sale if paid in full, if not paid in full then we can't hold the item
Not responsible for accidents in and around the home
Entry list will be posted the morning of the sale at approx 8:00 am - it will be the only list that will be honored
Please obey all local parking laws, please do not block the neighbor's driveways or fire hydrants
We will let people in as we feel fit, we will be adhering to social distancing practices....so be patient, be nice, and bare with us, there's plenty of cool stuff for everyone
Some items that have been photographed may be removed by the family prior to the sale
Please be respectful of the home and contents.....if you drop something...pick it up, if you make a mess....clean it up, if you break something....you bought it
Please be mindful when moving furniture or large items, if you scratch the walls or floor....you'll be fixing it
