# Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

By entering and shopping at this estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

### General

* All sales are **FINAL**. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments.
* All items are sold **AS IS, WHERE IS**, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
* Please inspect all merchandise carefully before purchasing. Once an item has been purchased, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

### First Come, First Served

* All merchandise is available on a **first come, first served** basis.
* We cannot hold items unless they have been fully paid for and a pickup time has been approved by sale staff.
* Availability is not guaranteed until payment has been completed.

### Payment

* Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
* Accepted forms of payment will be posted at checkout.

### Item Removal

* Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased items.
* Buyers must bring their own labor, tools, dollies, straps, packing materials, and appropriate vehicles for moving large or heavy items.
* Sale staff are not available to lift, carry, disassemble, load, or transport purchases.
* Purchased items should be removed within the timeframe specified by sale staff. Items not picked up as agreed may be considered abandoned without refund.

### Safety & Liability

* Enter the property at your own risk.
* Buyers and visitors assume all responsibility for their own safety while on the premises.
* The estate owner, estate sale company, employees, and representatives are **not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages** that occur on the property, including those resulting from moving or loading purchased items.
* Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

### Property & Conduct

* Please respect the home and property.
* Do not open cabinets, drawers, closets, or rooms that are marked as restricted or closed.
* No food, drinks, or smoking inside the home unless otherwise permitted.
* Theft, shoplifting, tag switching, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the property and may be reported to law enforcement.

### Pricing

* Prices are subject to change without notice.
* Discounts, if offered, will be announced by sale staff according to the sale schedule.

### Reserved Rights

* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
* We reserve the right to limit quantities, remove items from sale, correct pricing errors, or modify these terms at any time.
