I’m sorry, ladies, but the Jimmy Choo shoes have been pulled.. The Loewe Shoes and one of the Marni Bags..

The good news is we do have a vintage Chanel pocketbook and a gorgeous Hermès pocketbook both authentic. The shoes are size eight and 8 1/2, the clothing is medium, small and extra small.. we just added loads of patio furniture, as well as beautiful, costume  jewelry and many other beautiful items throughout the house… 

We accept both cash and credit cards—no exceptions. Please note that this is a cash-and-carry sale; we do not permit exchanges, returns, or credits under any circumstances. Ensure you carefully inspect your items before leaving, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred once you exit the house. If you take an item with you, it is considered purchased—no exceptions. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items left behind; we will not provide refunds for such instances.

We recommend bringing assistance for larger items that you may struggle to carry. Our team at Attic to the Basement will gladly help if we are not occupied with other customers, but please note that assistance is limited to items weighing 10 pounds or less. 

We also offer a third-party delivery service for a fee. The cost for delivering a full bedroom or living room set typically starts at $300, depending on your location and whether there are stairs involved. Deliveries generally occur on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is essential that you are present at the scheduled delivery time; if you are not, we will not arrange a second delivery, and no refunds will be issued for the purchases.
