All of our sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as is, we are not able to certify, verify, or speak to the functionality of any given item. We accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, and Checks (With Proper ID) Prior to our sales. Items that are shipped will not be shipped until we are thoroughly satisfied with the validity of that payment. Checks will not be accepted on the day of an estate sale. Only Cash, Cashapp and Venmo will be accepted the day of sale. We are complying with all local laws and ordinances in regards to social distancing and may ask entry into an estate sale to be staggered to give all patrons a proper amount of space. Anyone who is unable or unwilling to comply with rules will be asked to leave. We will ask you to leave if you decide to inconvenience/berate any clientele or staff for any reason. We will prosecute shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law. The owners of the property have the right to deny anyone access to their property. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone with no reason given. No large bags or purses allowed.

Alivio Estate & Liquidation

The sale is a clean, beautiful home. We will be issuing numbers ahead of the sale for anyone who reaches out, you can still get in without a number but that would be on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to receive a number please email me with a request for each member of your party. Please be prepared to remove any purchases from the home, we will only be able to help on a very limited capacity and will not be able to deliver any items. All sales are final, we will not be able to return or exchange an item after it is purchased. Please leave all of your pets at home, we will not be allowing anyone to enter with one. Please do not leave any children unattended.

***many of the items listed at this sale will be made available for the online auction through here or pre-sale. Feel free to make a bid on any items you are interested in and if you win we will have it ready for you once the doors open.
