B&B Estate Sales Is Hosting An Edgewater Park, NJ

A list will be available at the front door at 6 a.m. The lineup begins at 9:55 a.m., and the doors will open at 10:00 a.m.

Cash, card, and Venmo are accepted. A 3% fee is added for all card purchases.

No handbags, purses, fanny packs, or book bags are allowed in this sale. Unfortunately, multiple people have hidden items in these bags and attempted to leave without paying. These are the rules. If you do not wish to follow them, this sale is not for you. You can bring a reusable shopping bag that does not zip, snap, or button close. We reserve the right to check all reusable shopping bags upon exit.

Pre-sales are only permitted for furniture. They are sold as-is and must be picked up during the sale; they cannot be collected before the sale.

We do not allow private sales or tours prior to the sale; please do not call and ask.

Due to the size of the home, we may limit the number of people allowed inside under certain circumstances. This is for your safety, our safety, and the safety of others.

Please bring help and tools for larger items. All items must be picked up before the sale ends.

Bid Items: If this sale includes items for bid, you may call (609) 501 - 5432 to place a bid. All bids must be in increments of $5. If you are outbid, we will not notify you. The highest bid will be updated on the photo. The winner will be contacted after the last day of the sale and will have 24 hours to make payment. If payment is not received, we will call the second highest bidder to offer the item to them. Payment can be made over the phone using credit, debit, or Venmo.
