All customers must wear a mask (no thin gaiters or masks with vents), and will have hand sanitizer available at the sale. Please practice social distancing, stay 6' apart and please be patient!! There will be a limited amount of people allowed in the house at one time.
Everything sold as is. Please inspect purchases carefully as there are NO REFUNDS.
PLEASE NOTE NOT EVERYTHING LITTLE THING IN EACH PHOTO WILL BE FOR SALE BUT THE MAJORITY OF IT WILL BE FOR SALE.
This is private home - no food or drinks allowed and no use of the bathrooms!
It is your responsibility to arrange & pay for pick up of items to your vehicle.
We will have guys at the sale who can help you get items to your car - tipping is necessary for this to happen!!!!
Also bring your own bags & wrap or boxes as we cannot guarantee that we will have these available!!!
