Items must be removed by end of sale day.
No returns, refunds or exchanges.
Same-day list begun by first arrival and made available to those arriving thereafter will be honored by seller and used to hand out numbers before entry to sale. Overnight or abandoned lists will be discarded.
No children or pets permitted to enter.
No public restrooms available.
No food or drink allowed indoors.
No littering inside or outside.
No large purses, satchels or handbags permitted in the house. Clean, sturdy boxes will be provided upon entry.
Please bring your own tools and your own help to remove large items or arrange for movers. In addition, please bring your own packing material, as it will be in limited supply.
Please be respectful of homeowners, some of whom will be present for the sale. They spent happy childhoods here and are now simply acting in the best interest of their parents. Please do not wreck the house.
Prices reflect less-than-pristine condition of sale items, many of which will be sold in lots. Please do not parse through items separated into lots.
Please make offers on items left unpriced due to time constraints.
