Large items must be removed SAME DAY purchased. Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to remove and transport all purchased items.
All items sold "as is" "where is" and all sales final.
NO refunds or exchanges.
No restrooms available, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Numbers will be posted at 8:30 each morning of the sale. Doors open at 10. A limited number of people will be admitted at a time.

This is the compilation of a number of estates moved to one location. For one reason or another, sales couldn’t be conducted in the home so items have been relocated for sale. One day only and everything must go...items are priced to sell and no reasonable offers will be refused. Items include home accents, both antique and contemporary furniture pieces, fine art, rugs and more.
Because of the quantity of items and last minute of the sale, many photos will no be available prior to sale. We hope to see you all Thursday!
