Englewood Estate Sale

In order to secure a place in line at the estate sale please do the following:

Starting at 9:00am on the morning the day prior to the sale please Call or Text Ken at (908)-227-6641 and leave your first and last name and reference the following:
“I NEED A LINE NUMBER FOR THE ENGLEWOOD SALE!”

By leaving your full name on text message or by leaving a voice mail with your first and last name you will have automatically secured your place in line. *PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT IN MOST CASES YOU WILL NOT GET A RETURN CALL OR NOTIFICATION OF YOUR LINE NUMBER AND PLACEMENT BUT PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOUR LINE NUMBER WILL DIRECTLY CORRESPOND WITH THE ORDER IN WHICH YOUR CALL WAS RECEIVED ”.

After that all you have to do is show up to the house on the morning of the sale by 8:30am and your name will be called in the exact same order that it was received when you initially requested a line number.

Anyone who shows up at the estate sale that did not actually request a line number will be admitted after those who have called or texted a line number request!

All customers and or potential customers acknowledge that by entering into or onto the property of said estate sale that they fully assume all responsibility and risk as soon as they enter into or onto the property.

Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop and its employees cannot be held responsible for the health, safety and well being of our patrons.

It is hereby understood that all parties entering on to the said premises and property of the estate sale shall do so at their own risk and acknowledge that certain risks, tripping hazards and falls are all possible as well as many other risks not mentioned and that Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for any damages, injury or death that occurs during one of its sales.

Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop and it's employees are also not allowed to load customers cars and or trucks and also cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to anyone's vehicle while performing merchandise pick up's on or near the property of the said estate sale.

Any damage caused to any customers cars and or trucks will be the sole responsibility of the owner of such vehicles.

Cash and Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment but credit cards will incur a modest service fee of 5%.

Please bring help to load large items.

All sales are final!
All merchandise is sold as is and where is!
No returns or exchanges!

YOA&CS reserves the right to request that potential customers leave large bags, backpacks or handbags at the front sales counter or brought back to their vehicles.

YOA&CS reserves the right to inspect the inside contents of any customers handbag, backpack or bag that is on the premise of the sale property.

Larger items can be picked up within one week of the sale end date or as arranged with the cashier.

While we have never had a problem it must still be noted that once items have been purchased YOA&CS will not be held liable or responsible for them. It is the customers sole responsibility to make sure that their purchases are picked up in a prompt manner.

No merchandise can be sold prior to the day of sale.

Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop can arrange packing, shipping and delivery of your purchases either locally, out of state and in certain cases internationally.

“I NEED A LINE NUMBER FOR THE ENGLEWOOD SALE!”

By leaving your name on text message or by leaving a voice mail you will have automatically secured your place in line. *YOU WILL NOT ALWAYS GET A RETURN NOTIFICATION OR VERIFICATION”

Just show up to the house on the morning of the sale by 8:30am and your name will be called in the same order that it was received when you initially requested a line number.

Anyone who has not requested a number will be admitted after those who have called or texted a line number request!
