Single family home estate/moving sale. Cash, credit and Venmo with ID accepted. All sales are final. A non-refundable deposit will hold an item for a reasonable amount of time. Please bring help to load large items, as there are no lifters available. Items can be picked up at a later date at the convenience of the homeowner and the liquidator. They must, however, be paid for in full in advance (non-refundable). The home owner, or the liquidator, or their agents are not responsible for accidents. This is a private sale and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any and all who are not conducting themselves in an orderly fashion. Please respect the neighbors privacy and property. We are pleased to offer a full contents and art sale at the home of the late John and Phyllis Rutigliano of Englewood. Phyllis is a renowned local award winning artist and teacher. For many years she taught in several schools including The Art School at Old Church and Silvermine Arts Center. We will be offering hundreds of original pieces of artwork along with the house contents. The sale is being held on two floors. The artwork, clothing, bedding, and linens are being sold on the second floor. The rest of the home furnishings are on the first floor. These floors are not connected. Some of the items include:
