Cash preferred. Credit Card with sales tax and a 5% additional charge.
Bring Help to Remove your Large or Heavy Purchases as there will be no one to help you.
Bring any wrapping materials needed.
No Large Bags Allowed.
NO Public Bathroom
No parking in the driveways. Use of driveway for pick up only.
Sale is enter at your own risk; Neither the seller nor the buyer is responsible for any accidents or injuries to your person or personal property occurred
inside or on the sale grounds.
No children under the age of 16 allowed.
No pets unless certified service animals and are the complete responsibility of their owner.
No prices given out before the sale.
Limited # of people allowed at one time. This particular house will accommodate 10 people at any given time.
Entry sheet will be put out at 8:30 am the morning of the sale. Every name must be on the list for entry.
