Single family home estate sale. Cash and credit cards with ID accepted. All sales are final. A non refundable deposit will hold an item for a reasonable amount of time. Please bring help to load large items, as there are no lifters available. Items can be picked up at a later date at the convenience of the homeowner and the liquidator. They must, however, be paid for in full in advance (non-refundable). The home owner, or the liquidator, or their agents are not responsible for accidents. This is a private sale and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any and all who are not conducting themselves in an orderly fashion. Please respect the neighbors privacy and property. Please obey all local traffic laws. Do not park in the driveway. You Must have a mask on to enter. Thanks
