This is a large packed home. Homeowner was an ophthalmologist so right off we have vintage eye exam equipment (Zeiss) and instruments. On his off time, he was a golfer and we have at least a dozen golf bags with clubs, balls and clothing for men and women. There is an entire table for both men XL and women M golf shirts. He was a large man so we have several suit jackets and blazers in size 48 long. There is also 2 suits and a tux. Great deals for the right man. Did I mention that everything is designer names from high end shops. We have a wall of men's hats in their original hat boxes.  There is probably 50 men's ties and belts. Again several designer names in all.

For the women, we have designer suits in size 8 & 10, as well as blazers. There are many quilted vests and a down coat that looks brand new. There is a Mink wrap and a Persian Lamb & Fur Short Jacket from Flemington Furs. There is also a Cashmere Coat and Vintage & Newer evening wear including a couple designer gowns by Lily Pultizer and Franklin Simon. There are 2 Nolan Miller suits. Women's shoes in size 10 and 11, also all designer names.  There is a table covered with nothing but Women's Designer Sweaters.  There are also women's boots and purses. 

There are boxes in the garage which we are still unpacking with clothes and household items.  (The family started packing the home up.) There are boxes of hangers and books. There are garden tools, more chairs for entertaining, canoe paddles, vintage sleds, a toboggan, 2 vintage wooden snowboards. There is also a Hoyer Lift Chair. 

There is vintage linens, as well as sheets, towel, blankets, etc. for king and twin bedding.  There are many knitted or crocheted afghans. One bed is covered with winter hats for cold weather and skiing. 

There are many Mid Century Modern lamps and furniture pieces. There is a vintage wrought iron patio set that includes 8 pieces. There is a brass tea cart. Also in the basement is a vintage Formica Table with Hairpin legs and 3 chairs. There is 3 Costco Vintage Rolling Kitchen Carts.

This home saw a lot of entertaining.  There is a Bridge Table by Stakmore with 8 folding chairs. There are tea pots and tea cups from England, several dish sets, serving platters, coffee pots, etc. Household items including Hammered Aluminum Serving Pieces, dishes from Germany and Austria. There is many Nippon porcelain pieces and well as Stangl pottery pieces. . There is a Waterford including a Women Golfer, Limoges Pieces, Mikasa Normandy Tea Set, Crystal Bowls and Crystal vases.  Several vintage silver table top lighters. There is a Sterling Cross Pen and Pencil Set. Pyrex and Corning Ware. 

There is art work on several walls including a Hyacinthe Koller print.

The living room features a Ladies Victorian writing desk with Inlaid, Porcelain and Ormolu trim by Leonardo Furniture in NY. A vintage Victorian sofa and loveseat.  Various chairs including a purple velvet covered chair. There is a very large marble topped coffee table on wheels, as well as end tables. There is an Oak Curved Front China Cabinet with Lion Head detail.

The Stratford House Dining Room Set includes a dining room table that is 10 feet long and includes 6 matching chairs, a china cabinet (hutch) and a server.  There are Dresden Ladies in the hutch as well as Barto Amethsyt Crystal Stemware in many various sizes. There is 2 vintage harp chairs 

In the basement is a ping pong table that can be folded for storage, a full size slate pool table and snooker table. Vintage children's games and Holiday decorations, including many boxes of Shiny Brite Ornaments.  There is also Halloween Decorations. There is 180 feet of tables loaded with depression glass, glass ware, China pieces from their many travels. There is a tool bench with various tools. There is a table with books including Waverly Novels and Cook books. . There is a room that is filled with various chairs for entertaining. Washer, Dryer and Refrigerator are also for sale. There is a stained glass window and a Childs Roll-E-Coaster with track. 

In the home office is 2 cream recliners and a leather sleep sofa. There are electronics and office supplies and equipment. 

There is vintage costume jewelry as well. There is a Rolls Razer from London with original receipt in the box.

In addition, the homeowner had a relative that owned and embroidery  & sewing shop and all the left over store stock is in the basement.  Tins of buttons, totes of material, vintage patterns, trim, zippers, ball fringe, sequins, etc  There are also clothing racks for store display. 

There is a king size bedroom set with 2 night stands, bookcase headboard, dresser and bureau.  There is 2 twin bedroom sets with headboard, foot board, night stand and bureau.  There is a hope chest as well.  There is several other furniture pieces.
