If you would like to be one of the first ones in on Friday you can text or call 973-714-1401 leaving your name for an entrance number on Wednesday starting at noon (do not text twice or my phone drops you to the bottom of the list) the week of the sale for 9:00 entrance Friday, be there Friday at 8:30 to pick up your number. The buyer is responsible for picking up and moving all large and heavy items. We do have contact information for a local mover if needed. All sales final, no returns. Credit Cards and Venmo accepted Company policy is we do not give out pricing in advance. No Pre Sales. Do not ring the doorbell pre sale disturbing the occupants please.
