This immaculate 8500-square-foot home must be liquidated prior to this downsizing family's move. They are leaving us a wonderful array of fine things that they have accumulated over the past 25 years, and this is your chance to own something really special! For the third and final day of this massive sale, we are offering 50 percent off most marked prices throughout this lovely home.

- Lots of autographed sports memorabilia including Oscar de la Hoya's trunks, a hockey stick signed by 29 New York Rangers hockey players from throughout the decades, and balls bearing the signatures of greats like  Mariano Rivera and Ken Griffey! Client has also added three signed hockey jerseys!

- Lots of non-autographed sports memorabilia and ephemera ranging from toys to programs to cards to posters

- Liquor-themed items including working neon signs and barware
