The items in this sale are located at a private residence in Franklin Lakes. All items have been moved to the garage for ease of collection. Items will be available for collection on the following days: Sunday, November 19, 10 am-1 pm and Monday, November 20, 10 am-3 pm.

If you are unable to collect your property from the auction you will need to coordinate shipping. Please contact our recommended shipper BEFORE THE SALE ENDS to get estimates and pickup quotes. Please schedule the shippers to remove your property during the ALLOTTED PICKUP TIMES ONLY. For your reference, below are shippers that have been used by our clients. The Magnusson Group makes no assurances about the quality of care of the carriers and shippers listed below and provide this information solely for your convenience. The Magnusson Group will NOT HANDLE ANY SHIPPING OR INQUIRIES.

CONDITION REPORT
Condition reports should be viewed only as the opinion of the specialist and not as matters of fact. The Magnusson Group strongly suggests you review/request a condition report on each item you intend to place a bid on prior to bidding. Email Admin@TheMagnussonGroup.com to request a condition report no later than 48 hours before the auction closes.
PAYMENT IN FULL
Please note that The Magnusson Group must receive full payment prior to any property being collected by the winning bidder or their authorized third party/shipper.
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification.
If you are authorizing a third-party shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid. Concerning authorized third parties, their name must be provided. For authorized shippers, the name of the company must be provided. If a third-party shipper is collecting on your behalf, we recommend that you be available via phone or email during the collection window if any issues arise.
DATE & TIME: Auction catalogue online October 28, 2023 for absentee bidding, live bidding begins November 15, 2023 7PM
LOCATION: Franklin Lakes, NJ (full address provided to winning bidders for pickup)
PICKUPS: November 19 10 am - 1 pm & 20, 2023 10 am -3 pm. Any lots left claimed after November 20, 2023 will be removed and disposed of at the bidder's expense. This is not a warehouse location, this is a home, and timely removal of items is expected by the buyers without exception.
