Terms and Conditions for On-Site Estate Sale
1. General Terms
By participating in this estate sale, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

The above online queue will be first and then the paper sign up sheet at the home will continue the numbers. We highky recommend using above link.

Once the sign-in sheet begins, all participants MUST REMAIN ON-SITE.
ABSOLUTELY NO TRESPASSING on the property before or after the hours of sale.
NO PRICING OR INVENTORY will be provided via phone or email.
DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY.
All items are sold on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE" basis.
No Early Birds. Thank you.
NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 are permitted in the sale.
NO PETS are permitted in the sale.
NO FOOD OR DRINKS are permitted.
PUBLIC RESTROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE for public use.
No large pocketbooks or backpacks are allowed in the house. Please leave them in your car.
EMPTY SHOPPING BAGS are allowed
NO BULKY JACKETS will be permitted in the sale.
We reserve the right to inspect all shopping bags before you exit the sale.

Bring boxes or empty bags for glassware, china, pottery, ceramics, etc., and bring wrapping paper or newspaper.
All items are sold "as is" and "where is." No guarantees or warranties are provided, either express or implied.
The estate sale organizers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion.

2. Payment Terms
We accept CASH, VENMO, and ZELLE.
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the sale.
No items may be removed from the premises until full payment has been made.
All sales are final—ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
3. Item Removal
Bring boxes or empty bags for glassware, china, pottery, ceramics, etc., and bring wrapping paper or newspaper.
All items are sold "as is" and "where is." No guarantees or warranties are provided, either express or implied.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN ASSISTANCE for moving furniture.
Bring trucks for large items such as cabinets, chairs, chests of drawers, beds, dining room tables, and buffet servers.
DUE TO CUSTOMER SAFETY, no large pieces of furniture will be removed during the sale.
All paid-in-full purchases must be removed by Monday August 26th at 4:00 PM - Appointments can be scheduled during checkout.
Delivery can be made for an additional fee.
4. Item Condition and Descriptions
All items are sold on an "as is" basis.
The estate sale organizers are not responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in item descriptions.
If you break it, you bought it.
5. Liability
The estate sale organizers, owner, and helpers are not responsible for accidents or injuries in the house or on the property.
Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the estate sale.
6. Privacy and Data
Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of the estate sale, and marketing future sales by Willow Transitions, Willow Auction House, and Curated Estates and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Amendments and Severability
The estate sale organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced before the start of the sale.
