-Bags, boxes & wrap provided until er run out - please bring your own in case
-Owners/helpers not responsible for accidents or injuries in the house or on the property
-Accepting Cash, Venmo, Zelle, & Credit cards accepted with proper ID & will have a 3% convenience fee
-Sign up sheet will be posted on front door at 8am
-No prices are available prior to the sale dates
-No parking in the driveway unless you are loading up items
