All purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale.
Cash preferred. Credit Cards accepted with a 5% additional charge.

Bring Help to Remove your Large or Heavy Purchases as there will be no one to help you.
Bring any wrapping materials needed i.e. bags or boxes.
No Large Bags Allowed in the house. Any bag brought in to use for packing after purchase may be checked.
NO Public Bathroom.
Sale is enter at your own risk; Neither the seller nor the buyer is responsible for any accidents or injuries to your person or personal property occurred inside or on the property.
Only 5 people allowed entry at one time.
Supervised Children allowed.
