This house is truly packed with treasures! We also offer a third-party delivery service for a fee, with most deliveries occurring on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It’s important to keep your scheduled delivery time; if you are unavailable, we will not issue refunds for items purchased at the estate sale, and we cannot reschedule a second delivery.

Early birds are welcome to start a list, but please note that it is your responsibility to maintain it. Anyone who signs the list may leave, but if you are not back by the time we open the doors at 9 AM and miss your number, you will need to go to the end of the line. 

Please be aware that any items left behind at the estate sale will not be the responsibility of the staff. If you leave items behind, you will not receive a refund or credit, and you may not be able to return during the week to pick them up. We cannot provide refunds as we have already compensated our clients after the estate sale, and the same applies to any items left after your purchase.
