4. Prices are not negotiable on the first day of the sale. But discounts will occur on day two and three.
5. Enter and exit through the breezeway door only.
6. No pre-sales or prices given out before the sale.
7. No food or drink allowed in the house.
8. Please ask for assistance before moving any furniture and be careful of the walls when moving through the house.
9. Absolutely no returns. Check all electrical appliances before buying; we've done a check but you should too.
10. Not responsible for any personal accidents on the premise.
11. Handle items with care; if you break, you buy.
