Suncast BMS7702 Vista Storage Shed — Special Purchase & Removal Terms

Shed must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. All sales are final. The shed is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, in its present condition, with no representations or warranties regarding condition, completeness, disassembly, transportation, reassembly, installation, or suitability for any particular use.

Buyer is solely responsible for all labor, helpers, tools, equipment, disassembly, loading, transportation, and removal. Seller, homeowner, and estate-sale personnel will not disassemble, load, transport, or reassemble the shed.

The shed must be completely removed from the property within 72 hours of purchase, unless a different deadline is approved in writing. Buyer must coordinate the date and time of removal with the seller or sale representative before beginning work.

Buyer is responsible for the conduct of all persons brought onto the property to assist with removal and assumes responsibility for any damage caused during disassembly or removal, including damage to the home, shed surroundings, fencing, landscaping, lawn, driveway, walkways, utilities, structures, or other real or personal property.

Buyer agrees to reimburse the property owner for the reasonable cost of repairing damage caused by Buyer or Buyer’s helpers, contractors, vehicles, tools, or equipment.

Buyer assumes the ordinary risks associated with dismantling, lifting, moving, loading, and transporting the shed. To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, Buyer releases the seller, property owner, estate-sale company, and their representatives from claims arising from Buyer’s own removal activities or the activities of persons assisting Buyer. Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived under New Jersey law.

Buyer must remove all shed components, hardware, packing material, and removal-related debris and leave the area reasonably clean.

Failure to Remove: Failure to remove the shed by the agreed deadline constitutes a breach of this removal agreement. Seller may exercise any remedies available under New Jersey law. Buyer may also be responsible for reasonable costs actually incurred because of the delayed removal, including necessary moving, handling, or storage costs, where legally permitted. Seller does not agree to indefinite storage of the purchased shed.
