-Sign sheet with no pre-added names will be posted at 8 am. If you get there before me, start a list and stay with it. Do not hide it from other people after you! I will honor that list and transfer the names to my sheet.
-No presales. I do not have access to the house until day of the sale.
-Entrance to the home is the door under the breezeway. Not the front door.
-We open at 10 am- The first 15 people on the list will be allowed in first. Then after 5-10 minutes, I will allow more people to enter.
-Door closes at 1:50 pm each day.
-No Check Payments!

****Important Update- Due to heavy interest in the Pokémon and game lot (everything in photo #1), all items will only be sold as a lot. Photo #1 can only be purchased as a lot. Also, if you are not able to be at the sale within the first hour, I highly encourage you to make me an offer via phone. All offers will be written down and taken seriously. If you make an offer via phone call and win, be prepared to get a call in the morning for payment via Venmo or come to the sale and pay cash (5% extra for Venmo). I will only call twice. For those that ARE coming to the sale, I will NOT be doing an auction-style sale. I will have sheets available, with name/number/offer that I will give you for the highest and best offer that you are comfortable with and I will make a decision shortly. I ideally want to sell this lot within the first hour of the sale. PLEASE be respectful of other buyers making offers at the sale and MYSELF. There will be only one winner and I can not please everyone. Happy to answer any questions.
