Last inspection 2005, and no cats so good luck with that.. or put a little extra work into it and the original catalytic converter and muffler and other original parts are there in the pile to be sold with the car so you can do whatever you want to with it. Be aware, it hasn’t been driven for over a decade. Tires are flat as a pancake As Found, amazing project. Most of the work done on the car was done at local shops and legit mechanics, not Joe Schmoe backyard. Paperwork is available on request.
