Thank you for visiting this estate sale. Gigi works hard to ensure a positive treasure hunting experience for all of our customers.

While parking on the street, please do not block nor park in front of driveways or mailboxes. Be courteous of the neighborhood.

CASH IS KING, SO IT'S A CASH ONLY SALE! No credit cards are accepted at this time. No checks are ever accepted.

You are entering this property and sale at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents on or about the property.

No public bathrooms.

You must arrange for the moving and removal of any furniture and heavy items you purchase before the end of the sale. So bring your own brawny moving muscles!

GIgi does not reveal prices prior to the sale. Gig does not allow any pre-sales.

No boxes, large handbags or any other bags are to be brought in before you purchase. Remember to bring paper to wrap fragile items.

Gigi's policy is to give out numbers on the first day of the sale starting at one hour before the sale begins. Only one number per person; no holding or collecting numbers for others. Gigi does not look at nor respond to any outside lists.
