Thank you for your interest in our upcoming moving sale in Holmdel, New Jersey. This event will showcase a home filled with exquisite furniture pieces, many of which are in excellent condition and offered at fantastic prices. Notably, we have a stunning ivory baby grand piano that serves as a remarkable conversation piece, especially during the holiday season.

Among the items available, we feature several furniture pieces that are less than two years old, including a unique Maitland Smith grandfather clock that is truly a must-see. Additionally, we have a selection of wall art and decor that will enhance any living space. More photographs will be added tomorrow evening, and while I currently lack information on the jerseys, we will provide updates in the coming days.

As always, we offer third-party delivery services for a fee, with most deliveries scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is essential that you are home during your designated delivery time, as we cannot accommodate a second delivery, nor can we provide credit for any purchased items if you are unavailable. For items that are too heavy to carry to your vehicle, please bring assistance. Our team at Attic To Basement is available to help with items weighing 15 pounds or less, provided we are not busy.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for items left behind after purchase, and there are no refunds for such items. Additionally, all sales at the estate sale are final, as my client receives payment immediately upon sale completion, and refunds cannot be processed. We encourage you to carefully inspect your items before finalizing your purchase.
