Homeowner who lived to 100 saved all the good things -- that can now be yours. Furnishings, collectibles and old-time thrifty items are practically perfectly preserved from the 1940s through 1970s and newer. There are some antiques, too, such as a child's rocker and chests.

The homeowner was also a costume jewelry aficionado -- tons and tons of costume jewelry, mostly vintage (plus gold and silver), vintage pocketbooks, clothing, aprons, linens, albums, books, magazines (including vintage Playboy) and more.
