Items are sold where is and in AS IS condition and all sales are FINAL.
No prices will be given before the sale, no pre sales, or phone sales to be fair to everyone.
There will be NO public restrooms.
Any higher priced items can have an offer left on them, and highest offer at close of sale if not sold will go to the highest bidder.
We nor are the homeowner responsible for any accidents, so please be careful. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We put the sign in sheet out at 6 pm the day before unless otherwise noted! This is a gated community.
Masks are asked to be worn when inside the home as per the homeowner's request, hand sanitizer is provided.
