No prices will be given before the sale, no pre sales, or phone sales to be fair to everyone.
There will be NO public restrooms.
Any higher priced items can have an offer left on them, and highest offer at close of sale if not sold will go to the highest bidder.
We nor are the homeowner responsible for any accidents, so please be careful. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
A sign up sheet for the morning of the sale will be placed outside by the front door the night before at 6:00 P.M.

What a lovely home we have this Friday and Saturday in Jackson!!! The lovely woman who lived here, truly did just that. She has collected treasures through the years, from all over, to create the showplace her home is. We have beautiful furnishings by Broyhill to include the 4 post bedroom set, the dining room set which has its two leaves, table pads and six chairs, microfiber button tucked love seat pair of love seats, Patterned sofas, Lenox, two different sets of china, glassware, kitchenware, small appliances, vacuum cleaners, tons of cleaning supplies, various holiday decor, tools, gardening bric a brac as she was an avid gardener and it truly shows. Many pieces of clothing, shoes and purses, vintage coach bags, two fur coats, trinket box collection, perfumes, costume jewelry, pictures, lamps, occasional tables, patio furniture, indoor plants, and so much more!!!! Please be mindful when driving through the community and do your best to not block and driveways or mailboxes.
