There is ALOT of important information in this description so please take the time to read as much as you can to eliminate confusion on Friday or Saturday. - The sign-up list has been posted on the front door and you can sign-up starting at 9am TODAY. Please do not text us for a number as that service has been concluded for this property.
- The top floor and basement will be CLOSED OFF due to unsafe conditions. Some items in these locations have been photographed for this listing. The items are for sale but serious buyers will be personally escorted to prevent injuries.
- By entering the property, you may encounter raised floor boards, uneven surfaces, tight corridors, and other factors that may be found in a historic property.
- Only 10 shoppers will be allowed in the property at a time.
- There is no public bathroom.
