White Pine Auctions is committed to providing accurate information for all items being sold, with descriptions and photographs. If there is no mention to condition you may assume it is in good condition with no breaks or repairs. Any item in a box lot may have some damage and may not be listed in the description. Interested bidders should take advantage of inspection opportunities and email to satisfy any questions they might have as to the condition of any item being offered. Every item is sold AS IS. No refunds. We urge you to examine all pictures carefully and bid according to your own expertise. We try to answer all questions within 48-hours prior to the sale. All items are packed away until auction week so if you ask a question the week before the sale you may not get an answer until a few days prior to the auction. You may place max bids and let the system bid for you. You may also bid live starting Tuesday, October 3rd at 7 p.m. EST. Each lot will close every 15 seconds, unless someone bids in that interval. If that happens there will be another 2 minutes added to the closing of the lot.

PAYMENT For all sales over $19.99, a 18% Buyer’s Premium is added to the final bid price of all lots. For all lots $19.99 and lower, a flat $3.00 fee will be added to each lot in addition to the buyer's premium. Everything MUST be paid for in full within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card. BY REGISTERING FOR THIS SALE AND BIDDING, YOU AGREE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payment can be made in full online via credit/debit card after winning a bid. We do not take any credit cards over the phone. White Pine Auctions has the right to hold merchandise until funds clear. Won items will be charged the full invoice balance to the card on file within 24 hours of auction close. NON-PAYING BIDDERS After 72 hours the contract between the buyer & seller would be voided and resold at the next available sale. The Buyer will have a dispute opened against them with HiBid. Buyer will be blocked to bid at our auctions for any further sales. The buyer will be held responsible for any loss due to the item being resold for in a future auction including all fees involved with relisting the item. The buyer in a breach of contract will also be liable for any attorney and court fees involved to recoup any losses. The state of New Jersey will hold as venue for any court case. PICKUP All items must be picked up on Thursday October 5th in Springfield (Jobstown), northern Burlington County, NJ 08041 during designated pickup times. Address supplied to winning bidders. Pickup times are 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. Please call or email if these hours do not work for you and we may be able to make special arrangements.

Shipping may be available for items smaller than 12 x 12 x 12. There is a $10 handling fee for the first item shipped, $5.00 for each additional item. Jewelry items only have a $2 handling fee, plus shipping cost and insurance, and will be combined as much as possible to save on shipping. Actual cost of postage will be charged in addition to any handling fee(s) and insurance. Insurance is highly recommended. To save on shipping fees, we are happy to try to combine items into one box if they fit. Please call or email us after winning to let us know if you would like your item(s) shipped!!!! All items will be shipped within 3-5 (BUSINESS) days of the auction BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE PAID YOUR INVOICE WITHIN 24 HOURS. Any item not picked up within 5 business days of the close of the auction/ estate sale will become the property of White Pine Auctions & Estate Sales. In the event that you need to make a claim with FedEx, UPS or USPS you will need to KEEP THE BOX, ALL PACKING MATERIAL & THE DAMAGED ITEM (INCLUDING ALL BROKEN OR DAMAGED PIECES).
