**Antique Original Full Size Wooden Carousel Horse 57L X 37H - Signed & Dated 1913, Carved by Charles Looff. Horse is a jumper, inner row, park paint, The original Fun Forest Carousel was believed to have operated first in NJ and then was moved to Niagra Falls, Canada. In 1968 it was moved to Seattle Washington, where it operated until it was sold at auction in 1988. The Carousel is known for its spectacular carvings and some of the most brillant M.D. Borelli jeweling ever seen with over 20,000 jewels. Current Owner purchased horse at Guernsey's "The Carousel at Auction" in 1988. Horse was restored in 1990 at the new England Carousel Museum in Bristol Conn.
