ATTENTION! PLEASE NOTE:
To secure a place in line at the estate sale please do the following:

Anytime after 9:00am New Jersey time on the day prior to the sale please call or Text Ken at (908)-227-6641 and leave your first and last name on his voice mail or text message and please reference the following:
“I NEED A LINE NUMBER FOR THE LAMBERTVILLE SALE”

or

E-mail us at 7isenough@embarqmail.com and type LAMBERTVILLE ESTATE SALE NUMBER into the subject line along with your first and last name.

By leaving your first and last name by either text, phone or e-mail you will have automatically secured a line number from us.

We will call out your names at approximately 8:45 the morning of the sale in the same order that they were received by us so please be back to the house no later than 8:40am or you may risk losing your place in line!

After 9:00am the day prior to the sale please also check back to this site for the exact address of where the estate sale will be located.

*WARNING- PLEASE DO NOT ENTER ONTO OR INTO THE ACTUAL PROPERTY OF THE SALE UNTIL AFTER 9:00AM THE MORNING OF THE SALE AND OR UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY OUR STAFF!

THE PROPERTY IS UNDER 24 HOUR SURVEILLANCE! ANY VIOLATORS AND OR TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!

Anyone who has secured a number from the bag hanging on the mailbox will only be admitted after those who have previously requested a number!

The bag of numbers will be hung on the mailbox only on the first day of the sale and is only there for those that might be passing bye.

Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop and its employees cannot be held responsible for the health, safety and well being of our patrons.

It is hereby understood that all parties entering onto the said premises and property of the estate sale shall do so at their own risk and acknowledge that certain risks, tripping hazards and falls are all possible as well as many other risks not mentioned and that Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop cannot be held liable or responsible for any damages, injury or death that occurs during one of its sales.

Hard hats will be provided and required in order to gain access into certain structures as well as a waiver of release that must be signed which holds Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop and the owner of the property harmless in the event of a building collapse, fall, injury or death.

Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop and it's employees are also not allowed to load customers cars and or trucks and also cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to anyone's vehicle while performing merchandise pick up's on or near the property of the said estate sale.

Damage caused to customers cars and or trucks is the sole responsibility of the owner of such vehicles.

Cash and Credit Cards are accepted.

Please bring help to load large items.

All sales are final.
All merchandise is sold as is.
No returns or exchanges can be offered.

YOA&CS reserves the right to request that potential customers leave large bags, backpacks or handbags at the front sales counter or brought back to their vehicles.

YOA&CS reserves the right to inspect the inside contents of any customers handbag, backpack or bag or vehicle that is located on the premise of the sale property.

Larger items can be picked up within one week of the sale end date and will be arranged with YOA&CS at the time of purchase.

Once items have been purchased we can no longer be held liable or responsible for them.

No merchandise can be sold prior to the sale.

Ye Olde Antique & Curiosity Shop can arrange packing, shipping and delivery of your purchases either locally, out of state or even internationally.
