All of our sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as is, we are not able to certify, verify, or speak to the functionality of any given item. We accept Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal, and Checks (With Proper ID) Prior to our sales. Items that are shipped will not be shipped until we are thoroughly satisfied with the validity of that payment. Checks will not be accepted on the day of an estate sale. Only Cash, Cashapp and Venmo will be accepted the day of sale. We are complying with all local laws and ordinances in regards to social distancing and may ask entry into an estate sale to be staggered to give all patrons a proper amount of space. Anyone who is unable or unwilling to comply with rules will be asked to leave. We will ask you to leave if you decide to inconvenience/berate any clientele or staff for any reason. We will prosecute shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law. The owners of the property have the right to deny anyone access to their property. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone with no reason given. No large bags or purses allowed.

Alivio Estate & Liquidation

Beautiful home with interesting items throughout the home. There is a large hill at the bottom of the property (Please read instructions/directions section) and do not park on the property unless instructed to do so. No Pets will be allowed at the home, please leave them at home. If you damage or open any packaged items you will have taken the responsibility of purchasing that item. Power tools & lawn equipment will not be allowed to be started or tested. All items listed are for sale as of the moment of this posting and many more collectibles will be added to this listing. We will sell items ahead of time, but will only hold items we have secured payment for. This sale will be conducted on a first come first serve basis, no numbers will be given out but a sign up sheet will be in the front on the first day of the sale. Please be prepared to remove items from the home, we will only be able to assist to an extent, we do not offer delivery of any items; upon purchase it is your responsibility to sort out logistics of removing specific purchased item.
