# OLD WORLD TREASURE CO.

## Terms & Conditions of Sale

By registering to bid, placing a bid, or participating in this auction, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

### 1. Registration

All bidders must register with LiveAuctioneers prior to bidding. Old World Treasure Co. reserves the right to refuse or revoke bidding privileges at its sole discretion.

### 2. Buyer's Premium

A **15% Buyer's Premium** will be added to the hammer price of each lot and is payable by the successful bidder.

### 3. Condition of Items

All property is sold **AS IS, WHERE IS**, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.

Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions and photographs; however, descriptions represent our opinion only and should not be considered a guarantee of authenticity, age, origin, artist attribution, maker, materials, functionality, provenance, condition, or completeness.

Antique, vintage, and estate items will often exhibit normal signs of age and use, including but not limited to scratches, chips, cracks, repairs, restoration, fading, discoloration, and wear. Such characteristics are considered part of the item's history and should be expected.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to review all photographs carefully and request additional information before bidding. Failure to inspect an item does not invalidate a sale.

### 4. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted except where required by applicable law.

### 5. Bidding

The highest accepted bid acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser.

Old World Treasure Co. reserves the right to:

* Reject any bid.
* Withdraw any lot prior to or during the sale.
* Divide or combine lots.
* Resolve bidding disputes.
* Re-offer any disputed lot.
* Cancel or reopen bidding when deemed necessary.

The auctioneer's decision shall be final.

### 6. Payment

Payment is due within **three (3) calendar days** following the close of the auction unless otherwise stated.

Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension of bidding privileges, reporting to LiveAuctioneers, collection efforts, and any other remedies available by law.

### 7. Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate or tax exemption documentation is provided prior to invoicing.

### 8. Shipping

**Buyer pays all shipping, handling, insurance, and packaging costs.**

For items eligible for in-house shipping, buyers should select **"Self Arranged"** as the shipping option within LiveAuctioneers. Old World Treasure Co. provides in-house shipping for many items using this option.

A **separate shipping invoice may be issued** after the auction to cover shipping, packing materials, insurance, and handling charges. Shipping invoices must be paid before items are shipped.

Oversized, unusually fragile, or specialty items may require shipment through a third-party carrier at the buyer's expense.

### 9. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available **by appointment only**.

Purchased items should be picked up within **14 days** unless prior arrangements have been made.

Items remaining beyond this period may be subject to reasonable storage fees. Items left unclaimed for more than **60 days** without prior communication may be considered abandoned.

### 10. Watches, Electronics & Mechanical Items

Unless specifically stated otherwise, watches, clocks, electronics, battery-operated items, musical instruments, and mechanical devices are sold as collectibles with **no guarantee of present or future functionality**.

### 11. Jewelry, Coins & Precious Metals

Descriptions regarding gemstones, precious metals, weights, fineness, or authenticity represent our opinion based upon available information unless otherwise accompanied by independent certification.

Bullion values may fluctuate after the auction closes and are not grounds for cancellation.

### 12. Fine Art & Collectibles

Artist attributions, signatures, periods, origins, and maker identifications are believed to be accurate to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

### 13. Photographs

Photographs are considered part of the description. Colors, scale, and appearance may vary depending on lighting conditions and individual monitor settings.

### 14. Limitation of Liability

Old World Treasure Co., its owners, employees, consignors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the auction or the purchase of any item.

In all circumstances, liability shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the lot.

### 15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any disputes arising from participation in this auction shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.

### 16. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
