Date has changed to Thursday and Saturday.

Parking is only one side of the street and due to no signs allowed on streets in Lodi there will be no signs accept at house. I will have balloons in front of home. Entrance will be in the back of home.

- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash Only.
- No checks will be accepted.
- We are not responsible for any injuries or damage to personal property.
- We do not deliver or haul any of the sold items.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to remove all purchased items.
- All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale day.
- All items are being sold as is, where is, when is, with no returns, refunds, exchanges, or buybacks.
- No public bathrooms are available on site.
- Please follow all parking regulations and respect homeowner's driveways and properties.

Parking isn’t that great only one side parking, be prepared to walk.
Numbers handed out at 8:00. List that was started in the morning will be accepted but one person needs to be in charge of list and if you are on the list you must be there when the numbers are handed out, if not you lose your place.
You must wear mask. No mask you will be turned away. Social distancing will be enforced.
No large purses or bags at sale.

LEGOS and other blocks please look at photos, I thought all legos but I was told there are other brands in the lot. I will be selling them as a lot to the highest offer. I will be taking offers until Saturday May 22nd at 12:00 PM. The highest offer will be notified on Saturday by 2:00 pm. They will have until Sunday the 23rd at 12:00 to pick up. If that person doesn’t response the next highest offer will be accepted. You can text or call with offers before the sale. 201-446-2790

After a successful day there is still so many treasures still available. Tons of furniture at great prices to repurpose. Be unique make it your own, think outside the box! Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
