Estate Sale Terms & Conditions
1. All Items Sold As‑Is
All merchandise is sold AS‑IS, WHERE‑IS, with no warranties, no guarantees, and no returns. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No Representations or Guarantees
We make no claims regarding the condition, authenticity, age, safety, or functionality of any item. All descriptions—written or verbal—are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

3. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are solely responsible for:

Inspecting items before purchase

Moving, lifting, and transporting purchased items

Bringing necessary tools, equipment, and assistance for removal

We do not provide loading help, tools, or moving equipment.

4. Hold Harmless Agreement
By entering the property and/or purchasing items, buyers agree to hold harmless the estate, property owners, organizers, and staff from any and all liability, including but not limited to:

Personal injury

Property damage

Loss or theft

Accidents occurring on the premises or during item removal

Entry onto the property is at your own risk.

5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods will be posted at the sale. All sales are final once payment is made.

6. Removal of Items
Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless otherwise stated. Items not removed will be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund.

7. Conduct & Safety
For everyone’s safety:

No running, pushing, or unsafe behavior

Children must be supervised

Follow posted signs and staff instructions

We reserve the right to remove any person from the premises for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

9. Entry to the Sale
By entering the sale, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
