No early birds. Buyer is responsible for the removal of all purchased items. If purchasing furniture, it must be removed by the end of the sale. There will be no furniture movers on site. Please bring movers/helpers and a truck. Now accepting credit cards. No personal checks accepted. No prices quoted before the sale. Enter at your own risk. All items are sold as is with no guarantees and no refunds. Tickets one hour prior to stated opening time. No bags, backpacks or large purses will be allowed in the house.
