- This is a demo sale. Buyer is responsible for all deconstruction and must sign a waiver releasing all liability from the seller and property owners.
- You Are Responsible For Removal.
- Removal Is Done The Day Of Purchase, Unless Agreed Upon By Seller!!! Bring your own tools!!!
- Know your measurements in advance: We Do Not Have Them Ready For The Sale
- All entry will be free-flowing. However, in the event of a line, there will be a sign up sheet for entrance that will go out at the front door about an hour prior to start time. We will not honor entrance list that is not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on. You must be present when your name is called for entrance.
- Please make arrangements to bring or hire help.
- Cash or Check only.
- Not responsible for on-site accidents.
- Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
